Mandatory Monthly Showcase: Every month, you have the opportunity (and expectation) to perform in our supportive studio showcase. This mandatory, low-stakes performance is essential for building the courage and presence that transfers from the pole to your life.
The Assessment Gate: You cannot advance from one level to the next (e.g., from Flow Foundations to Intro to Afterglow) without successfully completing a formal, one-on-one Assessment with a studio leader. This check confirms your safety, technical mastery, and readiness to command the next level of the program.
